Definitions/Comments:

Traffic fatalities: Deaths within 30 days of accident, “severely injured persons” exhibit severe impairments that prevent normal activities at home during a period of at least 24 hours. “Slightly injured persons” are only slightly impaired, for example due to superficial skin injuries without significant blood loss or slight limitation of their ability to move.
