Definitions/comments
Without denomination: respondents who do not feel they belong to any particular religion or denomination.
No participation in religious service: respondents who, apart from such occasions as weddings and funerals, never participate in religious services.
Non-religious: respondents who do not classify themselves as religious at all; value of 0 on a scale from 0 (not at all religious) to 10 (very religious).
